The content of SMT assembly quality inspection and control is very rich. The basic content includes the inspection and control of incoming raw materials, the inspection and control of assembly process and the inspection and control of components after assembly. The incoming raw material inspection includes PCR and component inspection, as well as all SMT assembly process materials such as solder paste and flux. Process inspection and control includes process quality inspection and control of printing, placement, welding, cleaning and other processes. Component inspection includes component appearance inspection, solder joint inspection, component performance testing and functional testing. Table 1.1 lists the main content of incoming raw material inspection and control, and Table 1.2 lists the main content of assembly process inspection and control and component inspection.
