Operation process of dispensing circuit board:
1. Clean the PCB: Clean the PCB with absolute alcohol and a stiff brush, especially the rosin residue and solder residue at the solder joints.
2. Drying the circuit board: Dry the circuit board with a dryer or a hot air cylinder. After drying, carefully check it again for obvious virtual soldering, short-circuit solder joints, and residual solder slag.
3. waterproof glue: Brush the circuit board with a brush by waterproof glue, or immerse the circuit board in waterproof glue (first treat and then solder the wires, or treat them after the wires are connected).
4. Wait for the waterproof glue to solidify. It takes more than 12 hours to dry naturally before the next process can be carried out. Of course, manual assisted drying can also be used to speed up the solidification progress.
5. Test the function of the circuit board. If it is abnormal, it will be repaired, and then the circuit board dispensing processing of waterproof glue will be started from step 3. If it is normal, it will go to the next step.
6. Fill the whole circuit board to the shell with epoxy resin/silica gel/glue stick, etc., and fix and seal the wiring. Be careful not to have dead corners, and the glue should be as flat and beautiful as possible.
7. It takes more than 24 hours for waterproof glue to dry. After completion, according to the actual situation, make random inspection or complete inspection of the circuit board to confirm whether the function is normal.
