Logic board
Logic board is also called screen drive board, central control board and TCON board. At present, the main general logic board manufacturers in China are video display optoelectronics. The function of the logic board is to convert the LVDS image data input signals (input signals include RGB data signals, clock signals and control signals) sent by the digital board into LVDS signals that can drive the LCD screen, and then directly send them to the LVDS receiving chip of the LCD screen.
The image data signals and clock signals are converted into control signals that can be recognized by the screen through the storage of the processing shift register, and the row and column signals RSDS control the MOSFET in the screen to work and control the twist of liquid crystal molecules. Drive the LCD screen to display images. The logic board is a component with software and inherent programs, and the dedicated module FLASH with built-in shift registers (horizontal and vertical shift) cannot be changed even by the manufacturer.
Black screen, white screen, gray screen, negative image, noise, vertical band, too bright or too dark image. Only by looking at the circuit, we can’t see which data signals are contained inside and how these data are arranged from the output signals TXOUT- and TXOUT+ sent by LVDS sending chip.
Because the LVDS sending chips produced by different manufacturers have different arrangement modes of output data, the output format of LVDS sending chips on the logic board must be the same as the receiving format of the LCD panel, otherwise it will not be equipped, so we must consider this issue when clicking the screen, which is also an important data that must be established.
