The basic steps of led manufacturing: welding-self-inspection-mutual inspection-cleaning-rubbing. Here’s a small series to give you a detailed introduction.
1. welding of led circuit board
① Judging the direction of the lamp: the front is facing upwards, and the side where the black rectangle is located is the negative end;
② The direction of the circuit board: the front side is facing up, and the end with the inner and outer connection ports is the upper left corner;
③ Judging the direction of the lamp in the circuit board: starting from the lamp at the upper left (rotating clockwise), it is negative → positive → negative → positive;
④ Welding: Weld carefully, so that every welding spot is full and clean, and there is no virtual welding or missing welding.
2. Self-inspection of led circuit board
After the welding is completed, first check the solder joints for virtual welding, missing welding, etc., then touch the positive and negative terminals of the circuit board (positive on the outside and negative on the inside) with a multimeter, check whether the four LED lights are on at the same time, and modify the unqualified circuit boards until all the circuit boards can work normally.
3. Mutual inspection of led circuit boards
After the self-inspection, it must be checked by the person in charge, and it can flow into the next process with the consent of the person in charge.
4. Cleaning the led circuit board
Brush the circuit board with 95% alcohol, wash off the residue on the board, and keep the circuit board clean.
5. Friction of led circuit board
Remove the LED lamp circuit boards from the whole board one by one, and use fine sandpaper (coarse sandpaper can be used if necessary, but the consent of the person in charge must be sought) to grind off the burrs on the edges of the circuit boards, so that the circuit boards can be placed in the fixed seat flat (the degree of friction depends on the model of the fixed seat).
6. Cleaning the led circuit board
Clean the circuit board with 95% alcohol to wash away the dust left on the circuit board when rubbing.
7. Wiring of led circuit board
Connect the circuit board with blue thin line and black thin line respectively, the connection point near the inner ring is negative, the connection point near the outer ring is positive, and the connection point near the outer ring is red. When wiring, make sure that the wire is connected from the back to the front.
8. Self-inspection of led circuit board
Check the wiring, and it is required that each wire passes through the pad. The length of the wires on both sides of the pad left on the surface should be as short as possible, and there will be no disconnection or looseness when the thin wires are lightly pulled.
9. Mutual inspection of led circuit boards
After the self-inspection, it must be checked by the person in charge, and it can flow into the next process with the consent of the person in charge.
10. sophisticated led circuit boards
Separate the wires on some LED circuit boards according to the blue line and the black line, and electrify them with the current of 15mA per LED lamp (constant voltage, multiply the current). The aging time is generally 8 hours.
