At the site of the 11th China International Defense Electronics Show, Feiteng displayed four processor chips, namely FT-1500 series (FT-1500A/4, FT-1500A/16) and FT-2000A series (FT-2000A/2, FT-2000+).
FT-1500A series chips adopt on-chip parallel system architecture, which integrates Feiteng’s independent high-performance computing core, high-efficiency on-chip network, high-bandwidth low-latency storage system and high-speed I/O interface. With excellent performance and moderate power consumption, it can provide the computing power and access communication bandwidth required for enterprise-level information infrastructure construction, and can be widely used in information systems of government offices, internet, telecommunications, finance, taxation and other industries, as well as data centers and cloud computing centers.
FT-1500A/4 integrates four independently developed ARMv8 instruction set compatible processor cores FTC660, and adopts on-chip parallel system architecture. It mainly faces various application fields such as desktop terminals, portable terminals and lightweight servers, and meets the business requirements of general information systems such as network services, mail services, storage services, office work, internet access, word processing, graphics and image processing, audio and video processing, etc.
FT-1500A/16 integrates 16 self-developed ARMv8 instruction set compatible microprocessor cores FTC660, and adopts on-chip parallel system architecture. It is mainly used in the fields of servers with high computing power and high throughput, and can meet the business requirements of network services, transaction processing, data center storage, database, network routing and switching, etc.
FT-2000A series chips adopt on-chip parallel system architecture, and integrate high-performance computing cores FTC661 and FTC662 independently developed by Feiteng. The FT-2000 series chips mainly include FT-2000+ and FT-2000A/2.
FT-2000+ is the international highest performance ARM architecture server chip that has been released at present. It integrates 64 independently developed ARMv8 instruction set compatible processor cores FTC662, and adopts on-chip parallel system architecture. By integrating efficient processor core, large-scale consistent storage architecture based on data affinity, and hierarchical 2D Mesh interconnection network, the storage access latency is optimized, providing industry-leading computing performance, access bandwidth and IO expansion capability. Among the existing products compatible with ARMv8 instruction set, FT-2000+ is at the international advanced level in single-core computing capability, single-chip parallel performance, single-chip cache consistency scale, memory access bandwidth and other indicators. FT2000+ is mainly used in the field of high-performance and high-throughput servers, such as large-scale business hosts, high-performance server systems and large-scale Internet data centers that require high processing power and throughput.
FT-2000A/2 embedded processor chip integrates the self-developed core, adopts a variety of low-power technologies, and mainly meets the requirements of various industry terminal products, embedded equipment and industrial control applications. It has the characteristics of low power consumption, strong real-time, high reliability and high security.
