1. Suction nozzle problem of SMT placement machine: The deformation, blockage, and damage of the suction nozzle will cause insufficient air pressure, air leakage, and cause the material cannot be sucked, the material is incorrectly picked or the recognition is not passed and the material is thrown. Second, SMT placement machine recognition system problems: when there is dirt or debris on the vision or laser lens that interferes with recognition, or the recognition light source is improperly selected, the intensity is not enough, and the recognition system is broken, it will cause a high rejection rate. What we have to do is to clean and wipe the surface of the recognition system frequently to keep it clean. If the intensity and grayscale are not enough, we need to adjust ourselves. Vacuum problem of SMT placement machine: When the air pressure is insufficient, the vacuum pipe channel is not smooth, foreign objects are blocked or the air pressure is insufficient due to vacuum leakage, etc., which will cause the material to be unavailable or fall off on the way after picking it up. Falling conditions cause waste of throwing materials. Therefore, we must adjust the air pressure to the required air pressure value of the equipment. For leakage problems, we must repair them in time. As for the blockage caused, we must clean up in time.
