The order of wiring design of printed circuit boards in the factory may be different. Before the wiring designer in the factory prepares to design the wiring, it should be clearly specified in his circuit design rules. Today, the circuit board factory tells you the order of wiring design.
It is the responsibility of the circuit engineer to propose the design rules, but after receiving the input sequence, the following steps are the general steps to be considered in wiring design:
1. First of all, we should preliminarily examine and approve the input of the sketch, the component list, and the provisions of special circuits. It includes the comparison between the data and the physical limit of the printed board, and the physical limit is related to the provided effective board area.
2. It is necessary to examine the relationship between the original and the circuit, the necessity of short-circuit interconnection, and the special width requirements of heat sink, grounding, voltage connection and wires.
3. Then examine and approve the interconnection of signal input and output of plug and socket to make it consistent with the structure of logic flow, because the structure of logic flow involves the design of each interface.
4. The special standards of some circuit board companies involve the requirements of automatic insertion of components, matrix positioning parameters of components, mechanical hardware, and usage of plugs and sockets, which are considered to have an impact on the design. Since most of the above steps are mental work, the actual manual wiring procedures are all completed by designers.
5. The design of wiring is to lay the polyester film of the grid under the designer’s design drawing for reference.
6. For printed boards with standard size, the structural components of the photographic base map of printed boards can be printed on polyester film in advance, so that all special regulations and standards become part of the photographic base map sketch.
In these steps, the method of quickly and repeatedly arranging elements will gradually make the design more and more accurate. For the most complex wiring, the PCB factory recommends that these steps be repeated at least three times or more, and each step is regarded as laying the foundation for the next step. In short, each step can’t be completely isolated.
