Manufacturing process of industrial control medical double-sided PCB In order to avoid electromagnetic radiation generated when high-frequency signals pass through printed wires, the following points should also be paid attention to when wiring industrial control medical double-sided PCB:
1. Try to reduce the discontinuity of the wires of the double-sided PCB circuit board for industrial control and medical treatment, for example, the width of the wires should not be abrupt, the corners of the wires should be greater than 90 degrees, and it is forbidden to run in a loop.
2. The clock signal leads are most likely to generate electromagnetic radiation interference. When the industrial control medical double-sided PCB is routed, it should be close to the ground circuit, and the driver should be next to the connector.
3. The bus driver should be next to the bus it wants to drive. For those leads that leave the printed circuit board, the driver should be close to the connector.
4. The wiring of the data bus of the double-sided PCB circuit board for industrial control and medical treatment should have a signal ground between every two signal lines. It is best to place the ground loop next to the least important address lead, because the latter often carries high-frequency current.
5. When arranging high-speed, medium-speed and low-speed logic circuits on printed boards, devices should be arranged.
6. Double-sided PCB circuit board for industrial control and medical treatment suppresses reflection interference. In order to suppress the reflection interference at the terminal of printed lines, except for special needs, the length of printed lines should be shortened as much as possible and slow circuits should be adopted. When necessary, terminal matching can be added, that is, a matching resistor with the same resistance value is added to the ground and the power supply at the end of the transmission line. According to experience, for TTL circuits with high speed, terminal matching measures should be adopted when the lines of industrial control and medical double-sided PCB are longer than 10cm. The resistance value of the matching resistor should be determined according to the maximum output drive current and sink current of the integrated circuit.
