A Dual-Track IC Tube Feeder for Pick and Place machine is a tube feeder with two independent feed channels — each channel accepts tubes from 8mm to 24mm width and delivers one component every 0.6 to 0.8 seconds. Channel one feeds a DIP-16 while channel two feeds an SOP-8 simultaneously, or both channels run the same IC to double throughput on multi-brand pick-and-place lines. A push-bar advances the component from the tube into the feed channel, compressed air propels it to the pick position, and a 0.96-inch TFT display shows real-time status, feed count, and alarm codes per channel independently. Tag and tubular feeders: 2-4 weeks; vibrating bowl feeders with custom rails: 5-7 weeks. Order quantity? Minimum order quantity is one unit. We’ll test on your production line first. Mass production will begin once it’s ready.
