The FUJI NXT 56mm SMT Label Feeder-Auto Barcode & Serial Labeling is a pick-and-place peripheral feeding module that automatically peels off and feeds self-adhesive labels such as barcodes, QR codes, serial numbers, and quality inspection labels to the FUJI NXT pick-and-place nozzles. Also known as an SMT label feeder, this module can be directly mounted on the FUJI NXT feed tray and can handle paper, PET, polyester film, and anti-static labels up to 56mm wide.
Compatible FUJI NXT platforms: NXT III, NXT IIIC, NXT II, NXTR S, and NXTR. Mounts on standard intelligent feeder slots.
Compatible label materials: paper (coated/uncoated), PET gloss, Mylar matte, anti-static film, synthetic paper. Label width: 5-56mm. Backing paper: 0.05-0.12mm thickness.
Working Principle
A label roll is mounted on the unwind spool of this SMT label feeder. A stepper motor drives the liner through a peeling blade at the front,the label separates from its backing at the peel edge and advances to a fixed presentation position facing upward toward the FUJI NXT placement nozzle. A fiber optic sensor detects the label edge and signals the motor to stop, holding the label at precisely the pick coordinate. After nozzle pickup, the motor advances the next label, and the spent liner is collected on the motor-driven rewind spool. Feed rate: 3-9 m/min, operator-adjustable via the feeder’s onboard controller. Placement repeatability: ±0.25mm.

Front-push peel minimizes narrow-label drift: rear-peel feeders cause misalignment on labels narrower than 10mm. This SMT label feeder positions the peel blade at the front, reducing the label-to-pick distance and achieving ±0.25mm placement accuracy.
