FUJI SMT Feeder Calibration Jig is a precision calibration instrument used to inspect, align, and calibrate the pick-up position, component height, and pressure-bar height of FUJI NXT series feeders. Also referred to as a FUJI NXT feeder calibrator or SMT feeder calibration jig, it simulates the pick-and-place machine’s pick cycle using a motorized X-Y-Z stage with a 50× magnification CCD camera,allowing technicians to measure feeder pick accuracy to ±0.01mm. This FUJI NXT feeder calibration jig detects misalignment that causes placement errors and component drop rates, enabling corrective adjustment before feeders return to production. A stepper motor drives the X-Y-Z stage,the 50× CCD camera descends to the feeder pick-up point, streaming a real-time image to the LED display with cross-scale cursor. The operator reads the X/Y offset between target and actual position, then adjusts the feeder alignment screws. To verify consistency, this FUJI NXT feeder calibration jig simulates the NXT feed trigger signal, running 50-100 auto-cycles that replicate the pick-and-place rhythm. Interchangeable feed control tapes (8×2, 12×4, 16×8, 24×8mm) secure different tape widths on one fixture.
