The YINUO Custom Label Feeder for ASM SIPLACE is a peel-and-present feeding module that supplies traceability labels — QR codes, barcodes, and serial numbers — to ASM SIPLACE pick-and-place machines for automated PCB labeling. It mounts directly on the SIPLACE X-feeder rail, occupying 7 of 80–120 rail positions (depending on machine model), and feeds labels at ±0.3mm placement accuracy synchronized with the placement head cycle.

Key Features
This label feeder features a modular peeling mechanism that can handle paper, PET, and polyimide label materials up to 56 mm wide, and the width can be adjusted without changing the label feeder hardware. A fiber optic sensor confirms the label has reached the pickup position before the labeling head descends, reducing the pickup failure rate to below 0.8%. This custom label feeder communicates with SIPLACE devices via a standard X-feeder protocol bus.
