The YINUO THT rod/tube feeder is a stand-alone, multi-tube feeder for the ASM SIPLACE SX pick-and-place machine. It feeds through-hole components (including connectors, DIP ICs, electrolytic capacitors, and switches) to the SX TWIN placement head at a speed of 2800 CPH. The ASM SIPLACE SX THT rod/tube feeder has a tube capacity of 10-40 tubes.

Key Features
The ASM SIPLACE SX THT Stick Feeder | Tube Feeder expands from 10 to 40 tube positions. The pneumatic drive has a power of 90W (AC 110V/4A) and a noise level of 50–55 dB, which is 15 dB quieter than a vibratory motor feeder. At a pickup height of 110mm, a fiber optic sensor verifies the presence of components before the twin nozzle descends, reducing the pickup failure rate to below 0.8%.
