88mm Label Feeder for SMT FUJI Machine is an SMT peripheral label feeding module designed to auto-separate, peel, and position wide labels (up to 88mm) for suction nozzle pickup on FUJI placement machines. Also referred to as an 88mm SMT label feeder or FUJI wide label feeder, it handles paper, PET, Mylar, anti-static, and synthetic-paper labels for PCB serialization, barcode tagging, and component identification. The 88mm channel width accommodates oversized labels — panel tags, multi-field serial labels, and large QR codes,that exceed the capacity of standard 56mm label feeders.

Working Principle
A label roll is mounted on the unwind spool of this SMT label feeder. A stepper motor drives the liner through a front-positioned peeling blade,the label separates from its backing at 3-9 m/min and advances to a fixed presentation position. A fiber optic sensor detects the label edge and signals the motor to stop, holding the label at the pick window for the FUJI placement head. After pickup, the motor advances the next label, and the spent liner is collected on a motor-driven rewind spool synchronized with the unwind motor. The front-push design of this SMT label feeder positions the 88mm-wide peel edge parallel to the pick plane, reducing label drift and ensuring ±0.1mm placement accuracy even on full-width labels. The feeder plugs directly into the FUJI intelligent feeder slot,no external controller or PLC required.
