Product Overview
The JUKI Custom Radial Feeder is designed to feed radial through-hole components from punched carrier tape directly into JUKI insertion machines. It can integrate component feeding, lead forming, and cut-and-clinch functions into a single station, helping to reduce downstream processes, shorten cycle time, and save production line space.
Each feeder is customized based on the customer’s component specifications, including lead span, body diameter, and tape pitch. By providing component samples or drawings, customers enable us to design and manufacture the feed track, forming die, and cut-and-clinch tooling. Every unit is tested before shipment to ensure stable feeding performance prior to delivery.
