The JUKI Custom THT Axial Feeder is a customized through-hole feeder built for JUKI JV series and JUKI JM series THT insertion machines. It feeds axial lead components — including carbon film resistors, metal film resistors, axial diodes, axial ceramic capacitors, and zero-ohm jumpers — from two incoming material formats: box-packed tape or tape-and-reel.
This THT axial tape feeder accommodates 5 mm and 10 mm axial tape pitch standard configurations. For box-packed tape, the feeder includes a box adapter that accepts axial tape directly from its shipping box — no reel winding required.
Feed performance: One component every 0.8 seconds, achieving approximately 4,500 pieces per hour in continuous operation.
Optional integrated function: Specify lead forming (bends axial leads to insertion span) or cut-and-clinch (trims and clinches leads after insertion) when ordering. Each function is engineered into the feeder base as a dedicated tooling module.
Customization scope: Send a component sample or dimensional drawing with body length, lead diameter, and preferred incoming material format. We engineer the feed track, forming die, or cut-and-clinch tooling to your exact specifications. Every unit is tested for feed stability and lead accuracy before shipment.
