SMT Radial Feeder For JUKI THT Machine with Lead Forming Function
The SMT Radial Feeder for JUKI Machine is a customized radial tape feeder engineered for JUKI JV series and JUKI JM series THT insertion machines. It feeds radial lead components from punched carrier tape directly into the insertion head at 0.3 seconds per piece.
This JUKI radial feeder includes an integrated lead forming function that bends radial leads to match PCB hole span before insertion. The forming die angle is adjustable to accommodate different component seating heights and board thicknesses.
Compatible components: Electrolytic capacitors, magnetic coils, transistors (PNP and NPN types), PPN capacitors, varistors (voltage-dependent resistors), carbon film resistors, metal film resistors, and radial inductors.
Tape compatibility: Standard radial punched tape with 12.7 mm or 15 mm pitch. Custom pitch available on request.
