The YINUO SMT Tube Feeder is a pick-and-place feeding module that supplies tube-packaged components — DIP ICs, SOP ICs, connectors, and electrolytic capacitors — to SMT placement machines. Tube packaging (also called stick packaging) uses a plastic tube magazine that holds components in a linear stack; the feeder advances one component per placement cycle to the pick position, where the vacuum nozzle picks it for board placement. One feeder design adapts to Yamaha, FUJI, ASM SIPLACE, Panasonic, JUKI, and Samsung platforms via brand-specific rail adapters.

This feeder uses a modular core unit and is equipped with a brand-specific rail adapter—one feeding mechanism can serve platforms such as Yamaha, Fuji, ASM SIPLACE, Panasonic, JUKI, and Samsung. OEM tube feeders for these platforms are typically brand-locked; therefore, a factory producing products for three brands must stock three different feeders. The tube rail width can be adjusted from 8 mm to 24 mm without tools using thumbwheel screws—one feeder can handle both DIP-28 ICs (24 mm tubes) and SOP-8 ICs (8 mm tubes) without hardware changes, whereas OEM feeders are shipped with a fixed tube width. The fiber optic sensor verifies the presence of a component at the pick-up location before the placement head descends, thereby reducing the pick-up failure rate to below 0.5% in pneumatic (0.5–0.7 MPa) and stepper motor driven configurations at placement speeds of 2,800–3,600 CPH.
