SMT Label Feeder for JUKI | Cuts Label Rework & Scrap

The SMT Label Feeder for JUKI is a custom label placement feeder that mounts into standard feeder slots on JUKI RS, KE, and FX series pick-and-place machines. It feeds adhesive-backed labels from a liner-backed roll, peels each label from the carrier, and presents it to the JUKI placement head for automatic application onto the PCB.

This JUKI label feeder applies barcode stickers, protective films, thermal pads, and insulation spacers at ±0.3 mm accuracy — matching the placement precision of electronic components. Labels from 3×3 mm to 50×50 mm are supported. The feeder integrates directly into the JUKI machine program: each label is assigned a part number and X-Y coordinates, just like any SMT component.
