ASM SIPLACE HS50 HS60 56mm Label Feeder for Legacy High-Speed SMT Lines
The Yinuo 56mm label feeder is a dedicated feeding module designed for legacy ASM SIPLACE high-speed pick-and-place platforms. It automates the peeling, indexing, and presentation of adhesive labels so the placement head can handle them like standard SMD components. No labeling station, no extra operator. The feeder is mechanically compatible with the HS50/HS60 S-series feeder slot format and requires no machine retrofit or software upgrade.
Roll-fed material compatibility: paper labels, FPC stiffener sheets, Mylar tape, foam gaskets, dust mesh, high-temperature polyimide tape, EMI shielding films, and peel-off adhesive liners of all types. One feeder body handles any material strip up to 56mm width, single-row layout.
