ASM SIPLACE TX Series Label Feeder for Multi-Line SMT Production
The Yinuo label feeder is a third-party feeding module built for the ASM SIPLACE TX series pick-and-place platforms. It automates the peeling, indexing, and presentation of adhesive labels so the TX series placement head can handle them like standard SMD components. No dedicated labeling station, no extra operator. The feeder uses the Smart Feeder X contactless interface for power and data — no physical pin wear, no calibration drift over time.
Roll-fed material compatibility: paper labels, FPC stiffener sheets, Mylar tape, foam gaskets, dust mesh, high-temperature polyimide tape, EMI shielding films, and peel-off adhesive liners of all types. One feeder body handles any material width from 5mm to 56mm, single-row or multi-row layouts, without hardware changeover.

The TX2 and TX2i are ASM’s fastest platforms, rated at 80,000+ CPH. Every manual intervention on a line running at this speed creates a bottleneck that cascades across the entire production floor.
A single operator placing labels by hand on a TX line operates at roughly 12-20 labels per minute. For a high-volume EMS line running 8,000 PCBs per shift with 2 labels per board, that is 16,000 labels — demanding 13+ hours of manual work per shift.
