JUKI Label Feeder for SMT — 3×3 mm Labels, Multi or Single Track
The SMT JUKI Label Feeder is a specialized tape feeder that mounts into standard JUKI pick-and-place machine feeder slots. It presents adhesive-backed labels to the placement head instead of electronic components, allowing the machine to apply barcode stickers, protective films, insulation pads, and fiducial markers automatically during the SMT assembly cycle.
This SMT label feeder is available in two configurations. The single-track version feeds one label lane from a standard liner-backed roll. The multi-column version splits the tape into 2 to 4 parallel lanes, feeding multiple labels simultaneously from one roll. Both configurations handle labels as small as 3 mm × 3 mm — small enough for mini fiducial markers, tiny serial-number stickers, and micro-insulation pads.
By integrating label application into the pick-and-place program, the JUKI label feeder eliminates manual labeling stations and keeps the full assembly process on one SMT line.
